Adding custom photo heat transfers to your product catalogue will allow your small business to tap into the extremely profitable personalised heat printed gift market.

Photos can be added to a whole host of gifts but, today, lets focus on textiles you can heat press.

·         Baby clothes & baby bibs

... the list goes on!

T-shirts

Heat Printed tshirts are always a popular starting point. A novelty shirt for a loved one, a charity run in memory of a friend or sleepwear with personalised initials on them.

All of these custom heat printed garments are bought all day, every day.

So how can you do it?

With UltraColour Max heat transfers!

Get unlimited colors and extremely fine detail with no white or clear outline on your photo transfers.

Begin by building your 55x55cm UltraColour Max gang sheet using our Target Transfers EasyView uploader.

Place your photos and designs on one large transfer sheet and fit as many on as possible to help save production costs.

Here's two examples of gang sheet layouts that will help you get the best cost per transfer:

1 - 9x 18x18cm cushion or t-shirt sized photos will fit equally on this 55 x 55cm sheet making each photo transfer just £3.20 each using this method.

36x 9x9cm photo transfers that may be better suited for a baby grow or a hat/scarf will cost just 80p per photo transfer using this method.

After recieving your custom heat transfers within our 2 day turn around period, carefully cut between the images and designs to separate your transfers.

Load your garment onto your Heat Press, ensuring you have a completely flat surface to fuse onto and begin to set up your heat press. Proceed to pre-press your garment for 5 seconds. This removes any creases and moisture from the garment ready for the heat transfer.

For more information on quality heat transfer application and setting up your heat press, checkout our Youtube channel video here.

The recipe:

Always check your time, temperature and pressure.

UltraColour Max Heat Transfers fuse at a temperature of 145 ° for 12 seconds at a medium pressure of 4-6. These transfers peel hot as well, so be sure to peel your carrier immediately and pop the garment to one side to cool before packaging and posting.

With UltraColour Heat Transfers, it's never been easier and with UltraColour Max DTF Heat Transfers, you can order just ONE sheet of transfers. This will help businesses open the door to lots of new printing opportunities. (Don't worry, UltraColour standard is still there if you're ordering 10 or more sheets and want to get the best price possible.)
