Stahls' Flock HTV gives a luxury velvet look and feel to your designs perfect for cotton garments, and is stunning on polyester. Choose from 30 stunning colours, including 4 fluorescent shades.
This flocked heat transfer vinyl is made with high-density, high-quality fibres making colours more vibrant and long-lasting. Flock heat transfer vinyl is the perfect alternative to embroidery.

New to using HTV? All you need to do is cut your designs out of Stahls' HTV with a cutter (we recommend the Silhouette, Summa or Graphtec Range) and fuse it to a blank garment with a Heat Press for the recommended time (15 seconds at 165°c for Flock HTV).
Our new Flock is now OEKO-TEX approved, safe for use on both adult and childrens wear.

Available to order by the metre or by the roll. Each roll is 25 metres long.

The total cost of one metre of Stahls' CAD-CUT Flock HTV is £8.35, £208.75 for a 25m roll.
You can fit 1250 designs (10x10 size) on a 25m roll of HTV, resulting in each transfer costing just £0.167

Cutting Tips:
- Always carry out a Test-Cut, this will identify if you have a sharp blade and if the pressure and force is correct.
- Once you have the correct setting, make a visual note and attach it to your cutter for each type of material.
- Different HTV materials and plotter cutter brands require different blades, always have a selection to hand.
