The Brother GTX Pro takes Direct To Garment printing to a new level. The latest GTX Pro model has made some significant improvements.

Less ink consumption

New white print head technology with internal ink circulation developed by Brother has allowed for less white ink being used in cleaning.

Less time needed
The newly designed white print head allows the use of more nozzles compared to previous models.
This equals up to 10% faster printing, with a special “High Speed print mode” also available in the print settings.

Less maintenance
A reduced automatic cleaning process has increased productivity,  with more time for printing!

Thanks to the new industrial print head design, further automation of maintenance procedures means no more need for morning preparation.

Less environmental pollution
The Brother GTX Pro uses Innobella Textile Inks. These DTG inks come with an OekoTex Passport and are GOTS 5.0 certified

Less operator problems
Improved sensor detection technology can tell you if the platen is too low in order to reduce ink mist and ensure print quality.

Every Brother GTX Pro brought from Target Transfers comes with installation and training by a DTG technician authorised by Brother.

Less restrictions
Along with printing on standard garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, and totes. The Brother GTX Pro allows for easy printing on a wide variety of textiles such as trousers, shoes, caps and much more.
The Brother GTX Pro can handle printing on various materials, from cotton to silk or polyester – all with the same ink.

Polyester NO PROBLEM!
The Brother GTX  Pro machine can now print on 100% dark polyester. With no need for for special inks or a different pre treatment. Out of the box it is ready to print.

GTX Pro Fast Mode

A new 'fast mode' is now available on your GTX Pro, this will cut print times by 10% whilst maintaining 1200dpi print quality.

New maintenance unit

The new re-designed maintenance unit allows for the removal of unecessary cleaning procedures.
The replacement of expendable parts has been simplified by making them easier to access by the operator.

Ink Supply System

GTX inks are available in 700cc pouches for both White and CMYK, drastically reducing the amount of waste plastic from conventional cartridges.
The Brother GTX Pro achieves improved cost efficiencies by getting more from the ink. The cartridge mechanism automatically rolls up the pouches, to maximise ink usage by squeezing as much out as possible.

Constant Monitoring
The GTX Pro built in temperature and humidity sensor constantly monitors the temperature and humidity in it's environment and will adapt accordingly to preserve the life of it's components.

Graphics Lab DTG Software

No need for a complicated rip, Graphics Lab comes standard with every GTX Pro.
Easy and simple to use whilst providing maximum control over your designs.
Just place, position, and print. It's that easy (GTX Pro machines are still compatible with third party rip software).

On-board memory & USB convenience
The GTX Pro stores approximately 100 designs thanks to it's on-board memory system, all your latest printed designs are available at the touch of a button.
