The evolution of the Transfer Printing industry in recent times is as much to do with customer expectation as it is to do with technology.  New products only have a place if they are complimented with a system that enables the end user to get the maximum benefit out of using them.  That is why our website had to evolve as well.

The consumer focused nature of www.TargetTransfers.com is evident in two key ways; the ability to purchase our products online, and the heavy emphasis on customer support.  Although still seeing rising volumes of custom work coming through to us year after year, the increase in consumable sales has led to us looking at simpler and quicker ways for customers to be able to get hold of the products they need.  Ordering online securely is the most accessible and straight forward way that there is.  The only things not available to order online are our Custom transfers (although you can submit quote requests) and Letters and Numbers (which is in development and will be available soon). 

We appreciate that although the buying process has been made easier, our responsibility does not end there.  Our experienced sales team is still on hand to provide support to all of our customers, no matter what the enquiry.  Our customer support pages provide the perfect partner to them.  We are still growing this area of the site, but featured within this section we have a Frequently Asked Questions page (which is reviewed and updated monthly), and “Target TV” which features short videos of how to operate our hardware and tips and demonstrations on how to best use our products.  We have also put up downloadable versions of all of our instructions as well as printing profiles.  In addition to all of this, we have put up a pricing calculator, several links to useful websites and our sister companies, press releases, a delivery check link and a facility to upload artwork to further heighten the custom capacity of the website.  A lot of information is available to be viewed on the website by everybody, but certain features are exclusively available to registered users.  Our registration is quick and simple, and also means that we can send details of offers and products that may be of interest.

We have recognised that the expectation on our customers is greater, and that we need to take a responsibility for this.  We feel that, although we are constantly reviewing what we have to offer, we have in place a framework that will enable all of our customers to get the best out of the Target experience.
